Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscriptions purchased through the Mathify app and is governed by the laws of South Africa. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Free Trial

  • All new users receive a 7-day free trial.
  • No payment is required during the trial period.
  • At the end of the trial, users may continue on the free tier or choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
  • Subscriptions will only begin once the trial period ends and payment is processed.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued once a subscription payment has been processed.
  • If you selected the wrong grade level when subscribing, please contact our support team, and we will adjust your account at no extra cost.
  • In cases of duplicate payments, mistaken purchases, or technical errors, you must contact support within 7 days of the transaction for a review. Approved cases will be refunded in full.

3. Subscription Access

  • If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time.

4. Cancellation Process

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled directly in the app via Account Settings.
  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
  • All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Payment Processing

  • All payments are securely processed via Paystack.
  • Please note that Paystack's own policies and timelines may apply to refunds approved by our support team.

6. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated via the email address linked to your account at least 7 days before they take effect.
